With over 35 years of experience across diverse fields like retail management, corporate training, lay counselling, and entrepreneurship, Richard is a true veteran. As the author of 21 books, a relationship counsellor, and a results-driven life coach, he infuses his work with a wealth of knowledge and deep expertise. Richard’s passion shines through as the founder of the Unmasked Mentoring program, dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of boys, girls, and teens. His relentless pursuit of self-development fuels his continuous research and learning, which he eagerly shares with his clients, empowering them with the tools for personal growth and community impact. At the heart of Richard's mission is his commitment to "living a legacy before leaving a legacy." This philosophy is embodied in his Unmasked Mentoring programs, designed to equip his mentees with essential skills, reveal their inner brilliance, and foster self-discovery, self-esteem, and self-worth. Richard's deepest passion is seeing individuals serve their communities with excellence, recognising and using their greatest assets in service to both God and their communities. His guiding mantra, "One life, make it count," encapsulates his unwavering dedication to inspiring others to live purposefully and leave a lasting impact.
Agbeko Akosua Korantema Irene
Agbeko Akosua Korantema Irene has been a mentor on Unmasked Mentoring since 2022. She is a self-driven and passionate servant leader who seeks to set an outstanding influence across the globe by inspiring her audiences to maximise their resources and tapping into their potentials. Korantema is a great supporter of gender equity and equality. She believes in administering fairness and justice for everyone. She also believes that the ability to enrich the lives of people is possible when they are provided with the needed resources for development. It is her goal to impact her societies through organising training and mentoring programs as well as educative summits and forums for teens and youth within the society.
Elizabeth Zionita Ofori
Elizabeth ‘Zionita’ Ofori is a big advocate of fitness, health & wellness and has been on the Unmasked Mentoring since 2022. With an exciting zest for life, she demonstrates great passion for people, equity, development, and social justice. She aspires to be a leading global voice on development, equity, and social justice in Africa.
Jemima Dede Saki
Jemima is a finance and business development professional with experience in youth engagement and development. She has been a mentor on the Unmasked Mentoring program since 2022 and is the current Vice Curator of the Global Shapers Accra Hub where she co-leads a team of bright young individuals to self-organise and undertake impact projects in their communities. She believes that every individual has what it takes to be a change agent and she is passionate about helping young adults develop healthy personal finance habits. Jemima navigates the world through curiosity and enjoys baking in her down time.
Eli Nartey

Eli Nartey is a Product Manager for a Tech Company based in Ghana. He is also an Art Instructor at Inkman Workshop where he helps Creative African people develop their art skills so they can make a great living doing what they love. Eli is passionate about helping fellow entrepreneurs (of all ages) know who they are in Christ and why they are here on earth so that their work & life ultimately Glories God. He currently resides in Greater Accra, Ghana with his lovely wife.

Nana Osei Tutu Bonsu

Nana Osei Tutu Bonsu has a BSc Degree in Business Administration from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is a trained chartered accountant and has attained an affiliate status with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has work experience in the telecommunications, consulting, and banking industries. He currently works full time at Absa Bank Ghana Limited as a Portfolio Risk Analyst. He is a devoted Christian and passionate about entrepreneurship and human capital development. He acts a fund manager to an Investment club he founded and provides leadership to this group with the aim of driving a culture of investment and entrepreneurship among Ghanaian youth.
Dibe Fabrice Laba

Dibe Laba is a software engineer by trade but will always be a designer at heart. It is his passion to deliver visual content that speaks not only to your heart but your innermost sentiments. A hefty task at times, but one that always challenges him to put his thinking cap on and rise to the task. In addition to loving all things tech, Dibe also enjoys spending time with his family, working out early (when there's no one in the gym), theological debates, and a crisp pair of new Nike Air Force 1s.

As a Millennium Fellow (2019) and UPG Sustainability Leader, he is dedicated to contributing to youth and community development. Driven by a calling to guide the next generation, Raphael leads impactful initiatives such as the annual TEENS CONFERENCE, alongside numerous speaking engagements that have positively influenced hundreds of young people around the world. As a youth worker who specializes in human capacity development and personal growth, his main goal is to provide a structure of thought that will help the youth navigate the transition to becoming adults.
